Self

Whether you’re new to self-pleasure or looking to try something different, these three moves are tried, tested, and (trust us) true.

Whether you’re new to self-pleasure or looking to try something different, these three moves are tried, tested, and (trust us) true. They build on each other, allowing you to dial up the intensity and pleasure of your practice as your body awakens to your touch.

The Stroke

To get started, use your whole hand and palm to massage your pubic area and inner thighs. Apply warmth and pressure to your labia to begin awakening to pleasure. You can also run the tips of your fingers very lightly over your vulva, caressing the skin to begin stimulating the nerves in that area. At this point, you should feel your body begin to open up and get aroused.

The Exploration

Once you're there, switch to using one finger to explore your vulva. Circle and trace your labia, your clitoris, and the opening of your vagina. Continue doing this as you build arousal.

The Double-Fingered Massage

Switching to two fingers will allow you to increase the pressure and pace of your movements. You might feel at that point that your vagina is getting more wet as you get more turned on.

Use some of that natural lubrication to moisten your labia and clitoris, allowing  your fingers to glide more smoothly as you stroke yourself in a circular motion.

Remember

Orgasm is not the end goal of self-pleasure. Focus on what feels good instead of worrying about reaching climax. There's a world of pleasure to be discovered in your body.
